Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ZTG Travel, we understand that plans can change. Because our travel experiences require advance reservations with hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and other vendors, the following cancellation policy applies.

 

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Your deposit secures your reservation and allows us to begin making arrangements on your behalf.

 

Payments

All scheduled payments must be made by the due dates listed in your booking agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of previously paid amounts.

 

Cancellations by Traveler

If you cancel your reservation:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Additional payments may be partially refundable depending on the cancellation date and any non-refundable costs already paid to suppliers.

  • Any available refund will be processed after all supplier penalties and administrative fees have been deducted.

 

Trip Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a trip for reasons within our control, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund of all payments made to us, or

  • The option to transfer your payments to a future trip.

We are not responsible for expenses incurred outside of your travel package, including airline tickets purchased separately, passport fees, travel insurance, or other personal expenses.

 

No Shows

No refunds will be issued for travelers who fail to appear for their scheduled trip, arrive late, leave early, or miss included activities.

 

CPR Classes

Cancellation requests for CPR classes made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class or no-shows are generally not eligible for refunds.
