Cancel by June 30th, 2026 - 50% Penalty (excluding nonrefundable deposit)

Cancel between July 1st, 2026 & September 30th, 2026- 75% Penalty (excluding nonrefundable deposit)

Cancel on or after October 1st, 2027 - NO REFUND
